Baking anything is fun,
but when I get a special order for an adorable one-year-old...
well, that's really special.
This was a challenging cake for many reasons.
1. I don't make stacked cakes often.
2. The cake must be vegan.
3. It must be adorable!
Fortunately, I love a challenge. ;)
In the end, I'd say that it's adorable.
But the most important part was knowing that the
birthday boy loved it.
